SCHEDULE OF FILING FEES AND COURT COSTS

NOTICE: The following schedule of statutory filing fees and court court costs may be relied upon generally for calculation of amounts that must be paid as a prerequisite to filing instruments of obtaining services from the Clerk's Office. However, to ascertain for certain how much the fees are for specific transactions, you may call the office (phone 912.876.3625) or email the clerk at clerk@libertycountyga.com.

We accept the following credit card payments for copies, civil case filings, and online traffic citation payments. Only U.S. currency (cash), cahier's checks, and money orders are accepted for court-ordered criminal fines.

Georgia law provides that credit card payments for government services are subject to a surcharge.
