Seminar for Divorcing Parents -- Request for Exemption from Payment of Required Fees (Every person filing for a divorce in Liberty Superior Court who has children under the age of 18 is required to attend a Seminar for Divorcing Parents course approved by the superior court judges of the Atlantic Judicial Circuit.
