Affidavit Regarding Bond to Discharge Lien (provided for usage of defendant's against whom a materialman's and/or laborer's lien has been filed, when a bond to discharge the lien was approved by the clerk, and when refund of a cash bond is being requested).

NEW! DOMESTIC RELATIONS FORMS EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1, 2008.

House Bill 369 substantially changes procedures required for litigating child custody cases effective January 1, 2008. Among the changes, parties or their attorneys are required to complete and and deliver to the clerk of superior court a new Domestic Relations Case Filing Information Form at the time of filing the case and a new Domestic Relations Case Final Disposition Form at the time of filing the final judgment and decree. Seminar for Divorcing Parents -- Request for Exemption from Payment of Required Fees (Every person filing for a divorce in Liberty Superior Court who has children under the age of 18 is required to attend a Seminar for Divorcing Parents course approved by the superior court judges of the Atlantic Judicial Circuit. This form is for divorcing parents who are legally unable to pay for the seminar).
